They are very slow They are very slow, unprofessional and charge you for every single email. Using them with the purchase of a flat, I did most of the work by chasing the lender and the agency and even the seller while solicitor team John Blake sat on their ass and did nothing most of the days. They even lied that they haven’t received documents when they did, every response or communication I would have would always be with a different person saying different things. Giving incorrect information most of the time and mostly they charge a lot more than the stated at the start, and they are not cheap to begin with. I would recommend stay away and find cheaper ones because these will just waste your time, money and nerves.

Unprofessional and poor administration process We sought counsel from a litigation 'expert' within Warner Goodman. We were advised they would be able to represent us along with a breakdown of anticipated costs. Despite sending an email (read receipts on file) and a phone call to accept these costs nothing was done at all for over 2 weeks. No case file opened or appointments booked. After chasing them up and expressing our concerns about the poor progress, we received an email saying they now feel they can not represent. Very poor service from Andrew and Matthew and quite frankly grossly unprofessional.
