GBHighly efficient/profeesional service. All the staff were kind, caring and gave a highly efficient/professional service. This made selling a leasehold, sheltered accommodation property, which needed to comply with complicated housing association regulations, go through effortlessly. When it came to value for money, in my opinion, this was also excellent.

GBLucy at Kesgrave office Lucy, who is based at the Kesgrave office of Ross Coates, is awesome! She is a consummate professional but also very down to earth, patient and easy to talk to and work with. She communicates well and responds quickly by phone and : or email and is never patronising even in response to the most basic of questions, Would not hesitate to use her again should the need arise,
