Really, really do not use these I am still in the process of selling my house with this company after 4 months and am totally frustrated at the lack of response to emails. It is impossible to get through on the phone and they sat on the Management Pack for 1 month without passing it onto the buyers solicitors. This only happened after I got through to their complaints department and she did it, but unfortunately this lady has now left the company and they have removed the phone number from their complaints page. Do not pay up front for their fees!. I negotiated a lower upfront payment but still regret paying this because they have no incentive to work fast. I have pretty much had to liaise through the estate agent with the buyers solicitors to sort things out because otherwise I think it would take a year to complete! UPDATE If you think things cannot get worse then read on. The sale completed on Friday 26th April. It is now Wednesday 1st May and I dont have a completion statement, no reply to emails, unable to get through on phone and more importantly I still dont have the money! I dont even know how much I am getting. I only know completion was successful because the estate agent told me! Nothing whatsoever from the solicitors. I am extremely worried, dont put yourself in this position. This is the Whitehouse Road department by the way. I believe they have other offices too who may be better.
