Highly efficient/profeesional service. All the staff were kind, caring and gave a highly efficient/professional service. This made selling a leasehold, sheltered accommodation property, which needed to comply with complicated housing association regulations, go through effortlessly. When it came to value for money, in my opinion, this was also excellent.
