This company is a cheat!! STAY AWAY! This company is a fraud!! They will cheat you of your money and refuse to return it to you. I have lost my house purchase as they refused to pay the sellers solicitors my full cash payment for the property purchase. They kept nearly £200,000 of mine in their personal accounts and misused my money. God knows if they invested my money and made money from it. They refused to send me statements of where my money was being kept hostage without my permission. After reporting them to the SRA and close to opening a police report, only then have they finally returned my money after 1 month of misuse. Dara singh and Remersh Kaur, Krishan all work together, convincing you to send them full monies, only then to ignore your calls and emails and make excuses not to complete the house purchase. They are all related internally and are misusing your money. Ross Coates himself is always too scared to attend any calls. I have taken steps on legal proceedings against this solicitors. I have reported them to SRA and now I will try and make a report to watchdog as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY. YOU WILL BE CHEATED BY THEM!

This made selling a leasehold, sheltered accommodation property, which needed to comply with complicated housing association regulations, go through effortlessly. When it came to value for money, in my opinion, this was also excellent.
