Avoid Morgan & Morgan update April 17,24 They string you along and when you want info on the case suddenly the case is declined, even when they have the video of me tripping and falling in Walmart's parking lot. Paralegal claims because I can not specify what I tripped on, there is no case, wouldn't the video have picked that up? About an hour after the call from Paralegal an email from Atty. Mr. Gregory Johnson that the case is declined. This all happened after numerous phone calls complaining about how no one is getting back to me after sending numerous pictures of my injuries and weeks of monitoring my pain on Morgan& Morgan's app. Update April 17, 2024, trying to retrieve another attorney after Morgan & Morgan fell short of representing me, I feel. It is impossible! I have tried calling numerous attorneys and the Florida Bar, the minute they hear Morgan & Morgan they want nothing to do with the case. But they keep recommending me to continue my search for legal representation, does this make any sense. I'm sorry I ever contacted Morgan & Morgan, they just make things worse.

They completely dropped the ball They completely dropped the ball! my son was a pedestrian on the sidewalk and struck by a motor vehicle, and the biggest mistake I made was calling this large firm. If your case is not black-and-white, and your police report is not accurate to the incident, I recommend finding a smaller law firm that wants to investigate for you. They clearly only care about the big money and the easy cases. All these cases about people being visited in the hospital, don’t fall for it. After calling them, and them accepting my case, the attorney didn't contact us for over a week. Video footage after that point is very hard to obtain.

Rude and unhelpful I asked for a consultation with Morgan and Morgan about a police brutality and civil rights violation suit I wish to pursue. The female who called me back was rude to the point of being abusive as she read out my request. She could not accurately pronounce half of the words and was obviously quite uneducated. She interrupted me when I tried to add details, screamed at me as she continued to read my request, and then asked if I had given MM all of the information. I said no, she said I had no business suing anyone, told me I had not been assaulted, then flatly refused to set an appointment with me. I later learned that MM is handling the workmans comp for law enforcement in my town! I am so glad they turned me down, but I suspect they have mentioned my case to the prospective defendants, their clients. Do NOT attempt to hire this firm if you have been brutalized by bad cops,they don't want you dipping into their money pot!

Very disappointed with this firm!! I contacted this office with the hopes that they would help with my daughter's vehicle accident case. The accident was over a year ago and she sustained a knee injury from an unlicensed driver who ran a stop sign. She is still going through PT for this injury. I was told the firm would handle everything. I have had to make calls to the insurance company to get the PT and MRI approved, reach out for the reports and send follow up emails to the law firm. I was told they handle all of this, but I have not seen them do anything. They can't even return my calls or emails. I have to send follow up emails to them when she goes to the Dr, and they can't even send back a simple received email. Our case is small compared to others, but they are supposed to be for the people. I just want to know what is going on with the case and what is the next step for her, and they can't even respond to a simple email!! Very disappointed with this firm.

Wish I had seen all these bad reviews… Wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I hired Morgan & Morgan! Three years, & three attorneys, later…. nothing with my case. This latest attorney wants me to sign an authorization agreement allowing him to settle, for pennies on the dollar. This, after him telling me on the phone he is going to demand “a six figure number”. I’m not signing that! Why am I negotiating with my lawyer? Is he incompetent, or lazy? This is so bad, I’m afraid of being dropped now as a client. An easy negligent case; with injuries, photos, witness, omission of negligence…. what is going on??? Certainty feels like a scam. I thought scamming was illegal. Do not believe those commercials; not for us, but for themselves. They’re billionaires because we believe in them…. we, the little people. Sad.
