Avoid Morgan & Morgan update April 17,24 They string you along and when you want info on the case suddenly the case is declined, even when they have the video of me tripping and falling in Walmart's parking lot. Paralegal claims because I can not specify what I tripped on, there is no case, wouldn't the video have picked that up? About an hour after the call from Paralegal an email from Atty. Mr. Gregory Johnson that the case is declined. This all happened after numerous phone calls complaining about how no one is getting back to me after sending numerous pictures of my injuries and weeks of monitoring my pain on Morgan& Morgan's app. Update April 17, 2024, trying to retrieve another attorney after Morgan & Morgan fell short of representing me, I feel. It is impossible! I have tried calling numerous attorneys and the Florida Bar, the minute they hear Morgan & Morgan they want nothing to do with the case. But they keep recommending me to continue my search for legal representation, does this make any sense. I'm sorry I ever contacted Morgan & Morgan, they just make things worse.

We too contacted Morgan and Morgan We too contacted Morgan and Morgan as my 82 yr old Mother had eye surgery and they operated on the wrong eye. she had a good eye and a bad eye and they were simply doing a cataract procedure on the bad eye first. Well they did the good eye first and things went wrong. Now for going on 2 years now, she has to wear a patch , can't drive, and they aren't sure if any eyesight will be coming back in her supposed good eye they worked on. Morgan and Morgan stated she does NOT have a case and recommended for us to call the state board for help or the FSMB.Org for help. Confused at this time so Thank you Morgan and Morgan

In all reality I would give less Stars… In all reality I would give less Stars if possible because they claim to be for the people in all reality they're not for the people they're for the paycheck because I have tried to contact them no shall I say I have consulted with them under two different situations and both they can't help with one being a very serious case that I have already retained another attorney for .Morgan & Morgan refuses to take the case unless they know they're going to win a lot of money so to say Morgan and Morgan for the people is definitely not true Morgan & Morgan is for Morgan & Morgan
