DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Wish I had read their reviews before going to them after my hit and run. They never acted quickly to retrieve data on the accident leading to the claim being placed against my insurance company. Now, I am in danger of being dropped by my insurance due to the size of the claim! Once they sign you up, you have to chase behind them for follow up or to even speak to the lawyer for your case. When I did reach the lawyer, she was rude and refused to listen to me-the client, or address my specific concerns. They follow a script to ensure that they get the most off of your misfortune and do NOT adjust their strategy to cater to the specific circumstances of a case. I would never recommend this firm to anyone! They are NOT FOR THE PEOPLE.

We too contacted Morgan and Morgan We too contacted Morgan and Morgan as my 82 yr old Mother had eye surgery and they operated on the wrong eye. she had a good eye and a bad eye and they were simply doing a cataract procedure on the bad eye first. Well they did the good eye first and things went wrong. Now for going on 2 years now, she has to wear a patch , can't drive, and they aren't sure if any eyesight will be coming back in her supposed good eye they worked on. Morgan and Morgan stated she does NOT have a case and recommended for us to call the state board for help or the FSMB.Org for help. Confused at this time so Thank you Morgan and Morgan

I had previously retained other counsel and that firm just did not meet up to the high standards that are necessary to litigate. Rude and unhelpful I asked for a consultation with Morgan and Morgan about a police brutality and civil rights violation suit I wish to pursue. The female who called me back was rude to the point of being abusive as she read out my request. She could not accurately pronounce half of the words and was obviously quite uneducated. She interrupted me when I tried to add details, screamed at me as she continued to read my request, and then asked if I had given MM all of the information. I said no, she said I had no business suing anyone, told me I had not been assaulted, then flatly refused to set an appointment with me. I later learned that MM is handling the workmans comp for law enforcement in my town! I am so glad they turned me down, but I suspect they have mentioned my case to the prospective defendants, their clients. Do NOT attempt to hire this firm if you have been brutalized by bad cops,they don't want you dipping into their money pot!
