Very disappointed with this firm!! I contacted this office with the hopes that they would help with my daughter's vehicle accident case. The accident was over a year ago and she sustained a knee injury from an unlicensed driver who ran a stop sign. She is still going through PT for this injury. I was told the firm would handle everything. I have had to make calls to the insurance company to get the PT and MRI approved, reach out for the reports and send follow up emails to the law firm. I was told they handle all of this, but I have not seen them do anything. They can't even return my calls or emails. I have to send follow up emails to them when she goes to the Dr, and they can't even send back a simple received email. Our case is small compared to others, but they are supposed to be for the people. I just want to know what is going on with the case and what is the next step for her, and they can't even respond to a simple email!! Very disappointed with this firm.

They completely dropped the ball They completely dropped the ball! my son was a pedestrian on the sidewalk and struck by a motor vehicle, and the biggest mistake I made was calling this large firm. If your case is not black-and-white, and your police report is not accurate to the incident, I recommend finding a smaller law firm that wants to investigate for you. They clearly only care about the big money and the easy cases. All these cases about people being visited in the hospital, don’t fall for it. After calling them, and them accepting my case, the attorney didn't contact us for over a week. Video footage after that point is very hard to obtain.

Why they don't take the civil rights cases or police abuse cases is because they don't pay enough money to be able to buy land in Maui. Stupid commercial equals stupid… Stupid commercial equals stupid lawyers, The leaf blower one was the worst, But this new opening the potato chip bag commercial is also just plan STUPID. Did you ever think that us people seeing and hearing that bag of chips opening is annoying to us, Whoever you are hiring to write your commercials, GET RID OF THEM, (Burger King is always hiring) But then again,,,, It is Morgan and Morgan that OK'S them to be broadcast. Hard to believe all Morgans agree these commercials are up to par.

Morgan and Morgan, just a lot of hot air! I have seen all the advertisements and promises made by John Morgan. I contacted Morgan and Morgan in October over a Premises Injury Liability case as it occurred in Louisiana and I live in Florida. they referred me to one of their "partner" attorneys who called after a few days and said that they declined to take the case and would contact Morgan and Morgan and I would be referred to another lawyer. That was the last I heard from any of them, I sought another attorney to get a real response.
