GBTerrible service with disregard for… Terrible service with disregard for customer service. I used their service one time upon setup and a few weeks later I get my account blocked apparently due to document supplied. Going by their help pages an email to their customer service team will help me provide them with an alternative document to get my account back up but that is not the case according to Dustin Malvin who was quick to tell me that unfortunately nothing can be done to reactivate my account and essentially he was more concerned with shutting me off. I never got a response to my email to customer service btw hence why I went with live chat and spoke with resident live bot Dustin Malvin. I only needed their service to make payments to my supplier so there was absolutely no need to block my account. When you get your account blocked they won't provide you with a valid response and hide behind a hidden / fake security protocol. Typical annoying response. Find a better alternative as this clown company isn't worth it.
