GBToo much confusion Too much confusion, files sent to sign that were impertinent to loan, couldn't open then told didn't have to, should be simple and easy to make this transaction. I have sold 5 properties and bought 7 properties never has there been such confusion or so many people involved.

Then things went to pot. Shannan called me on my landline. I had to use my cell phone to sign the documents. Of course I had to sign in again. I am not real comfortable using computers. Shannon was so patient and upbeat. She was not worried about time. She was delightful. She walked me through what I needed to sign in just a few minutes.
