As I was trying to reach the airline… As I was trying to reach the airline company for a compensation due to a cancelled flight, they found a false excuse to not give any compensation ,and they closed the case. Worth the wait After being declined compensation from BA, I sent my case to Flightright. The process was effortless for me. They worked my case for over a year, taking it all the way through the court process. I received regular updates on their progress. In the end they won my case, and I received compensation. That as well was easy. I sent them my banking information through a secure website and received payment within a few days. Flightright does receive a large chunk of the compensation, but it was well deserved and worth it in my case. I would use them again in the future.
