GBBA had to cancel my flight from San… BA had to cancel my flight from San Francisco to London. Instead of putting me onto the earlier flight, they proposed to put me onto a horrible connecting flight the following day. Although I did lose a day, I found a better option AND thanks to Flightright, received compensation. Flightright's process was simple and relatively hands-off. Most importantly, it delivered.

MKAfter waiting for 3 months After waiting for 3 months, I received an email stating that they approved €175, but they only sent me €99. Then, after two weeks, they claimed there was some error and sent another €99. Now, they are asking for €124 back. On what grounds? I will pursue legal action and sue them for fraud.

GBWorth the wait After being declined compensation from BA, I sent my case to Flightright. The process was effortless for me. They worked my case for over a year, taking it all the way through the court process. I received regular updates on their progress. In the end they won my case, and I received compensation. That as well was easy. I sent them my banking information through a secure website and received payment within a few days. Flightright does receive a large chunk of the compensation, but it was well deserved and worth it in my case. I would use them again in the future.

GBLegit company Was apprehensive about this service given the mixed reviews. HOWEVER, I have just received compensation from a delayed flight in 2022. Yes its took a while however when I approached the airline directly they refused to payout anything. I received the email to say flightright had been successful in getting me compensation last week and I have received the money this morning. Yes, there's fees they deduct however anything better than nothing considering the airline refused to payout at all?!
