Great company I would recommend flighright for any issues you have with regards to your flights they where very helpful and kept me update with my claim at all times.

GREAT HELP from Flightright!!thank you Me and my family (3 small children) and my husband found out at 4am at the airport that the flight was cancelled; it was quite difficult. I opened a complaint via flightright and they HELPED me a lot, even if it took a long time (which I understand totally because going to court it's like that) they DID IT; so I'm so very gratefull for their help and persistence.

Very reliable service Dealing with flightright was a breeze, very quick to reply to emails and also very reassuring that our claim was been looked into , very good experience

Worth the wait After being declined compensation from BA, I sent my case to Flightright. The process was effortless for me. They worked my case for over a year, taking it all the way through the court process. I received regular updates on their progress. In the end they won my case, and I received compensation. That as well was easy. I sent them my banking information through a secure website and received payment within a few days. Flightright does receive a large chunk of the compensation, but it was well deserved and worth it in my case. I would use them again in the future.

Was contacted by them after my flight… Was contacted by them after my flight from Paris to Toronto was delayed. Thought it was a scam but when all they asked for was my PayPal email, I knew that they had no way to scam me. Long story short, they took 30% but it was free money as I would have never went after Air France. Honestly no reason to not let them fight for you, as they know all the tricks the airline would use on you trying to do it yourself.
