However, I did have some issues with the customer service response time. It took a little longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating at times.

Just switched from Shopmaster Just switched from Shopmaster - it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards it works much smoother than anything else that I’ve tried. Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level!
