However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Just switched from Shopmaster Just switched from Shopmaster - it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards it works much smoother than anything else that I’ve tried. Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! The support are absolutely terrible The support are absolutely terrible, i am still waiting for a response from 2 weeks ago. Sku Fetch and Wise lister are a total liability and cannot list the correct items causing the whole process to be done manually. SKU Grid cant work properly without those 2 making the whole situation redundant as having listed manually the Grid seems to mess up. Support are non existent. Stay away from these *****.

I've been using Sku Grid for a while… I've been using Sku Grid for a while now and I have to say that it's a great platform for managing my online sales. The ability to automate price updates and inventory monitoring across multiple marketplaces has saved me a lot of time and effort. However, I did have some issues with the customer service response time. It took a little longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating at times.
