Finally was able to expand to other marketplaces besides Shopify & Amazon. Sales seemed to be picking up as well, almost non existant pricing errors. Can’t wait to take my business to new level! little to no support, takes forever to response. Very frustrating because they have everything I need but their support is just horrible. While all other repricer got live support/instant support, they just removed their live support and they keep promising they are improving their live support ( and they told it 3 months before ) !! although they support many suppliers but in many cases while listing, it shows CANT PARSE which they term as a store bug. please bring back your live chat and accelerate your support to the customer.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.
