GBJust What a Newbie Needs! I recently jumped into the world of dropshipping after completing a training course and was introduced to SkuGrid. I must admit, I approached it with caution, as with anything new. But to my delight, it's been instrumental in my early success! The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and the tools they provide have helped me manage my business efficiently. I've started to see some profit, and I couldn't be happier with how things are going. Highly recommend to anyone starting out in dropshipping!

RUIve been using Sku Grid for a while now… Ive been using Sku Grid for a while now and it has been a lifesaver. It simplifies the entire process of managing my online store on multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. I can focus on finding profitable products instead of worrying about price and inventory updates. Highly recommended!

BDlittle to no support, takes forever to response. Very frustrating because they have everything I need but their support is just horrible. While all other repricer got live support/instant support, they just removed their live support and they keep promising they are improving their live support ( and they told it 3 months before ) !! although they support many suppliers but in many cases while listing, it shows CANT PARSE which they term as a store bug. please bring back your live chat and accelerate your support to the customer.

GBSKUGrid is very buggy SKUGrid is very buggy. Their Customer Support is the worst I have ever seen. if you open a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! I have opened 3 tickets in relation to 3 different issues and it's been almost a month since the 1st ticket I opened. Only received an auto-response with a promise that someone will send a personal response within 2 working days. Like I said it's been almost a month, and issues keep happening, because the software is becoming buggy. Moreover, those issues can be really costly whether you are selling on eBay, Amazon or even on your own shopify store. On the other hand, SKUFetch used to be good at curating images and saving you time, but now it is no longer the same and you have to upload the images manually, as it pull very poor quality images, most of them are just random images of logos or other products that appear on the product page. Again, no response or update from the Developers!!!!

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.
