GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. SKUGrid was good at first, but now it has become very buggy and very unreliable. The support is a joke. They don't address the real issue in any support ticket you submit and instead send the same response no matter what the issue is, asking you to watch their Youtube videos which most of them are outdated. Repricing doesn't work. It doesn't change stock when the supplier goes out of stock. and it is basically not doing any of the job that it is supposed to do. I submitted 5 or more support tickets more than a week and I am yet to receive a response from a human addressing what is actually in the ticket!

GBIt was a rough ride last few weeks, but in the end it was worth the hassle It was a rough ride last few weeks: extension for file exchange kept acting up, slow performance of web-site and delays in price checking. However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. Thanks ! I used Sku Grid for last year and I will continue using it! John G.

GBAs a devoted wife who manages our… As a devoted wife who manages our little Shopify treasure from home, stumbling upon Skugrid has genuinely been a serendipitous experience. The twinkling canvas of its services allowed our humble venture to not only blossom within Shopify’s embrace but also tenderly reach out to the bustling markets of Amazon and eBay. Each day is subtly painted with joy as I witness our small seeds of products sprouting robustly in the digital soil provided by Skugrid. Indeed, the platform has been a gentle wind beneath our wings, ushering us into spaces and possibilities we hadn’t dared to envision. A soft yet celebratory cheers to Skugrid, the silent weaver of small business dreams!

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

PHUsed to be great. Now full of bugs and no Customer Support. I've used Sku Grid for over 3 years now. All was going great, until the past 6 months or so. There are so many bugs with different suppliers that have not been updated and lots of issues with Sku Lister. I have created many support tickets, emailed countless times about these issues and only on occasion I get a response saying they will look into and keep me updated. Never had any update and all the same issues persist. They are not looking into anything. It's very unfair to treat paying customers like this. Someone needs to update the users and tell us what is actually going on. I loved using this software as is was kept updated, I'd usually receive a response from customer service within a day or so and the issues were usually resolved quickly. The whole team now seems to have disappeared. I'm really hoping the team can turn things around again!
