Now, it is very buggy, there are a ton of errors and if you open up a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! This has been going on for several months and it sucks because it isn't cheap. ANTON - dude, come on now.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

Customer service was helpful, but they took a while to get back to me. That being said, its still a powerful tool that I would recommend.
