However, everything was fixed and updated, support was quick & polite and once again they did a great job of handling the problems and as far as I know not only recovering from them, but also improving their infrastructure so that it won't happen again. If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. They never address tickets in a timely manner and you get the same responses that they are working on it. It's been 5 months with no resolution and it's only gotten worse. On the rare occasion when it works, it works great but the customer support has been less than desired. I wish there were a competitor out there who could do it better and I'm still looking. I do not recommend.

SKUGrid is very buggy SKUGrid is very buggy. Their Customer Support is the worst I have ever seen. if you open a ticket to get your issue resolved, YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE EVER. All tickets go unanswered! I have opened 3 tickets in relation to 3 different issues and it's been almost a month since the 1st ticket I opened. Only received an auto-response with a promise that someone will send a personal response within 2 working days. Like I said it's been almost a month, and issues keep happening, because the software is becoming buggy. Moreover, those issues can be really costly whether you are selling on eBay, Amazon or even on your own shopify store. On the other hand, SKUFetch used to be good at curating images and saving you time, but now it is no longer the same and you have to upload the images manually, as it pull very poor quality images, most of them are just random images of logos or other products that appear on the product page. Again, no response or update from the Developers!!!!
