1) I couldn't find out how to order the… 1) I couldn't find out how to order the software on a CD ROM. I do not want to download the software. 2) The FLASH25 discount code did not work.

I wish the areas for personization were… I wish the areas for personization were in more parts of the documents. There were some things I would have liked to include but I could'nt find a way to put them on the documents.

I asked Google a question regarding… I asked Google a question regarding Tenant/Landlord law and the name Nolo came up. I sent Nolo an email, briefly stating my problem I received an automated answer "an attorney will contact you tomorrow." But no one called. The following day I received an email from Nolo, stating they were sorry they didn't have an attorney who specializes in Tenant/Landlord law and furnished me a link to a list of very commendable and respectable attorneys - all with 5 Stars reviews - in my area. That is what I call good follow up and customer service. They also suggested I purchase an e-book - which I did - and pretty much answered my question. I had heard of Nolo on the radio in California a long time ago, but had never contacted them until now. I am glad to see they have stayed in business that long (their service is free) and wish them success. They deserve praise and thanks.

Nolo products are excellent and buying… Nolo products are excellent and buying from them is pretty easy. In the past, I went in-person to the Berk store, but now perusing and buying online is not too bad, either. Everything seems transparent and straightforward.
