I asked Google a question regarding… I asked Google a question regarding Tenant/Landlord law and the name Nolo came up. I sent Nolo an email, briefly stating my problem I received an automated answer "an attorney will contact you tomorrow." But no one called. The following day I received an email from Nolo, stating they were sorry they didn't have an attorney who specializes in Tenant/Landlord law and furnished me a link to a list of very commendable and respectable attorneys - all with 5 Stars reviews - in my area. That is what I call good follow up and customer service. They also suggested I purchase an e-book - which I did - and pretty much answered my question. I had heard of Nolo on the radio in California a long time ago, but had never contacted them until now. I am glad to see they have stayed in business that long (their service is free) and wish them success. They deserve praise and thanks.

Did NOT order Quantitative Biosciences! Instead of the legal book I ordered, I received a textbook titled Quantitative Biosciences. When I tried to use their website chat interface, the agent could only refer me to an attorney. There was no phone number listed on the site nor on the shipping confirmation email. Going to the order confirmation email, I learned that the ebook link also did not work. There was a phone number on the order confirmation email, and I called to request a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am very wary of their legal advice given the mistakes with my order.

Living Trust Review I think that Nolo offers a great service helping cut legal costs in this age of high attorney fees. I am a little bit lost however in following the procedures. With the help of the local library I was able to download and print copies. The copies showing what names to put on each blank. How do I pull up printable copies that I can type the names on. Do you charge extra for them and if so how much?

NOLO books for excellent guidance. I purchased my first of many NOLO books about 12 years ago. My most recent purchase was regarding how to represent one's self in court. Every NOLO book I've purchased has been useful, easy to understand, and reassuring in that I don't feel so unprepared. The books are on point and each one has examples of different scenarios as well as guidance on gathering further information. I trust this company more than any other legal format I've seen. 100% excellent, through and through. I have seven of your books now!

I’ve used the Nolo Landlord materials 18 years I’ve used the Nolo Landlord materials and forms over the last 18 years. For three units. Plus I recommended Nolo Tenant materials. Haven’t been led astray. The on line materials are terrific, the leases are solid. I’ll continue recommending Nolo to landlords and tenants alike.
