GBAnother great Nolo product Needed software to make a quitclaim deed. Nolo product was very easy to use, complete and accurate. I was able to make revisions easily when necessary. Reasonable price, will use Nolo again. Already using their Willmaker & Trust program.

GBI asked Google a question regarding… I asked Google a question regarding Tenant/Landlord law and the name Nolo came up. I sent Nolo an email, briefly stating my problem I received an automated answer "an attorney will contact you tomorrow." But no one called. The following day I received an email from Nolo, stating they were sorry they didn't have an attorney who specializes in Tenant/Landlord law and furnished me a link to a list of very commendable and respectable attorneys - all with 5 Stars reviews - in my area. That is what I call good follow up and customer service. They also suggested I purchase an e-book - which I did - and pretty much answered my question. I had heard of Nolo on the radio in California a long time ago, but had never contacted them until now. I am glad to see they have stayed in business that long (their service is free) and wish them success. They deserve praise and thanks.

GBThe excellent customer service provided… The excellent customer service provided by Kayelynn. She was genuinely kind and helpful; we need more people like her in the world, especially in customer service. This is a great company! I had previously purchased a 2020 version and 3 years later could not locate the download. They were able to send me a link to receive what I had previously paid for. I will definitely be a returning customer and refer friends and family to this great resource and business. THANK YOU!

GBIt was easy to follow It was easy to follow, very clear and precise. The only thing I would change is would be how to delete the footers and everything that should not be on the will. Such as underlines he/sh, him/her etc.
