That is what I call good follow up and customer service. They also suggested I purchase an e-book - which I did - and pretty much answered my question. I had heard of Nolo on the radio in California a long time ago, but had never contacted them until now. I am glad to see they have stayed in business that long (their service is free) and wish them success. They deserve praise and thanks.
