As someone starting at ground zero, the legal system is a very intimidating arena. Nolo makes the playfeild level and easier to navigate. Knowledge is power.... at any educatioonal level.

Did NOT order Quantitative Biosciences! Instead of the legal book I ordered, I received a textbook titled Quantitative Biosciences. When I tried to use their website chat interface, the agent could only refer me to an attorney. There was no phone number listed on the site nor on the shipping confirmation email. Going to the order confirmation email, I learned that the ebook link also did not work. There was a phone number on the order confirmation email, and I called to request a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am very wary of their legal advice given the mistakes with my order.

The excellent customer service provided… The excellent customer service provided by Kayelynn. She was genuinely kind and helpful; we need more people like her in the world, especially in customer service. This is a great company! I had previously purchased a 2020 version and 3 years later could not locate the download. They were able to send me a link to receive what I had previously paid for. I will definitely be a returning customer and refer friends and family to this great resource and business. THANK YOU!

I wish the areas for personization were… I wish the areas for personization were in more parts of the documents. There were some things I would have liked to include but I could'nt find a way to put them on the documents.
