A great value to plan for your future This software package has everything you need to set up your own estate plan -- without going to the expense of hiring a lawyer. The survey questions are detailed -- so that -- you can put together documents that fit your personal situations.

Easy to use for wills, Power of Attorney, etc. I used Willmaker back in 2006 for our wills. This latest version is more thorough and provides easy to understand instructions. Especially found their Health Care Directive document very easy to create. There are links to more extensive information about each item, if you want to learn more about the item.

The software is easy to download and… The software is easy to download and install. As you go through the different documents, it gives you a lot of information about that area so you can think about your choices and put in the answer that is best for your situation. The only thing that I did not like was on the Durable POA for finances, it did not print out the page for the notary to fill out. Instead, the notary needed to provide an acknowledgement page which made it a little more challenging when it came to signing. The notary acknowledgement was on the other forms such as the will as an affidavit page so not sure why they could not have just placed it here as well.
