Do it online or download software I really like the feature that you can do your will or living trust online or download the software and do it on your own computer. To do a living trust, you just need to answer a few questions and then you are done. Very easy and straight forward.

The software is easy to download and… The software is easy to download and install. As you go through the different documents, it gives you a lot of information about that area so you can think about your choices and put in the answer that is best for your situation. The only thing that I did not like was on the Durable POA for finances, it did not print out the page for the notary to fill out. Instead, the notary needed to provide an acknowledgement page which made it a little more challenging when it came to signing. The notary acknowledgement was on the other forms such as the will as an affidavit page so not sure why they could not have just placed it here as well.

My download experience. In prior years I would just purchase the Disk/CD to make sure my family members had updated legal documents. I had not updated my Will since my wife's passing, so I decided to download the newest version. At first I could not find the file because I was used to seeing the old logo, but once I found it I was able to get started. I would have preferred the logo to be on my desk top.
