This company just wants to take your money and send you on your way. It's quick and easy, but the documents read like they're written by someone who barely passed English class. The salesman was clearly in a hurry and rushed through the call. He did answer my questions but failed to inform me that I would still have to pay the ticket when I send in the documents. I guess if the court waives the charge, then I'll get a refund. This should've been much clearer over the phone. I called to avoid paying $500, and now I'm paying $600 and hoping for a $500 refund. In addition, this customer service representative I spoke with just now to clarify the situation was rude didn't provide her name or anything beyond a one word answer. This company just wants to get your money and send you on your way.

Seems Like A Good Way To Fight You Ticket GetDismissed was the first place I went when I got a Speeding Ticket on Interstate I8 East Bound. I called GetDismissed and spoke to one of their Reps. He explained how the Program works, it much better to use these guys than to try and fight the ticket yourself. You get a few different opportunities to challenge your ticket if you fight your case through the mail rather than showing up in person. I just hired them and my case will not until November 15,2023 so I will know better when I get a verdict back from the Courts.

Have not sent the red light camera… Have not sent the red light camera ticket yet, so do not know the results, but 1st call to the office they got me a nice extension so I have some time. Very nice people and received the package within 24 hrs with all details on moving forward
