What made my experience great was the customer service that Marlene Davalos gave? She was very transparent and attentive to my needs. horrible experience ever. horrible experience ever.. they took my $15 thousand dollars, only to be told that the case manager had closed my case and didnt resolve anyting.. I tried calling so many times and no one would reply back.. I had lost so much sleep and the stress the people have cause me is unbearable, $15 thousand waisted for nothing..

This "business" is a scam This "business" is a scam. They will charge you $500 then a month later they will tell you that fee was for an "investigation" and charge you another $3000. Then once you pay that and they file your taxes they will claim you only paid for tax prep, even though they will continually say resolution in their communications up to this point. Then after all this they will keep telling you their supervisor is on a call or in a meeting. Save your money and avoid Ideal Tax Solutions.
