Communication was lacking at best Communication was lacking at best. Found out hours before scheduled closing that the notary was never available for the given date (found this out only after we called) Had to pay extra for another notary, who still couldn't come within business hours (showed up 4 hours after original time) Promised our docs would be mailed next day (already too late, as we were remotely closing on a home out if state) They were shipped 2 days later (yes we were billed for that, no we did not pay) Thank goodness we sensed the disorganization and went to UPS as a back up. 1 star because we got a notary, just far too little to late. Pay the extra and just do UPS or your local town hall.

OLD SCHOOL VALUES STILL LIVEI found that what you promised is what… I found that what you promised is what you delivered. This is an outstanding event in the current state of affairs. The product that you delivered exceeded my expectations and truly WOWED me with its quality of design and construction as a professional engineer, I am not easily impressed....but WOW

Over promised and under delivered Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.
