GBOver promised and under delivered Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.

GBAlls Well At first I was on pins and needles because th notary was stuck in traffic and then had to park far away. We met and connected, walked to where my father was and eventually had both documents signed.

GBWrong representation I contacted them with the understanding that they were a paralegal company. I needed a service of a paralegal for a child modification case. Unfortunately they are just a notary service. And no one told me. I kept questioning them when I was asked to fill out the documents myself but no one told me anything. Documents were rejected twice. And when I asked for a refund, the supervisor thought it was funny and And was laughing. Almost $900 spent! I could've hire a lawyer with tgat money!!!!
