Notarization We required a document to be notarized.Fortunately we were allocated Ike.It is not an easy process to do virtual notarzation but Ike was extremely helpful and patient to get it done.The rate charged was very competitive Thank you to Ike and his team

Over promised and under delivered Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.

Had I not called from signing location… Had I not called from signing location 10 minutes before appointment I’d be in big trouble. They cancelled the appt less than 5 minutes before hand in 115 degree heat as I was outside waiting for the notary. To their credit, notary arrived 45 mins later. Notary fixed an issue providing an additional document. Will confirm sooner next time.
