GBAlls Well At first I was on pins and needles because th notary was stuck in traffic and then had to park far away. We met and connected, walked to where my father was and eventually had both documents signed.

GBI had to cancel service before the… I had to cancel service before the notary was sent out. I have not received my refund that I requested last week. I am still awaiting that refund request for no services rendered. Please send refund immediately. It was requested for me to send an email request and that was done last Wednesday the 27th, 2023.

GBTerrible Communication You told me you could get the signing done same day, which is a big reason I went with you and paid, then and you then cancelled an hour before. Then I never received a call the day before the rescheduled day confirming what time the notary arrive and had to call myself. Then they told me she would be here at 4:00 but she showed up at 3:45 overall just terrible communication

GBOver promised and under delivered Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.
