It was relatively easy to make the arrangements and the notary was excellent- she knew what she was doing and was helpful in completing notarization of many documents. It was a bit challenging as the signers were elderly and 1 was blind, but she handled everything very well.

Alls Well At first I was on pins and needles because th notary was stuck in traffic and then had to park far away. We met and connected, walked to where my father was and eventually had both documents signed.

Over promised and under delivered Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.

Found out hours before scheduled closing that the notary was never available for the given date (found this out only after we called) Had to pay extra for another notary, who still couldn't come within business hours (showed up 4 hours after original time) Promised our docs would be mailed next day (already too late, as we were remotely closing on a home out if state) They were shipped 2 days later (yes we were billed for that, no we did not pay) Thank goodness we sensed the disorganization and went to UPS as a back up. 1 star because we got a notary, just far too little to late. Pay the extra and just do UPS or your local town hall.
