USTerrible Communication You told me you could get the signing done same day, which is a big reason I went with you and paid, then and you then cancelled an hour before. Then I never received a call the day before the rescheduled day confirming what time the notary arrive and had to call myself. Then they told me she would be here at 4:00 but she showed up at 3:45 overall just terrible communication

USCommunication was lacking at best Communication was lacking at best. Found out hours before scheduled closing that the notary was never available for the given date (found this out only after we called) Had to pay extra for another notary, who still couldn't come within business hours (showed up 4 hours after original time) Promised our docs would be mailed next day (already too late, as we were remotely closing on a home out if state) They were shipped 2 days later (yes we were billed for that, no we did not pay) Thank goodness we sensed the disorganization and went to UPS as a back up. 1 star because we got a notary, just far too little to late. Pay the extra and just do UPS or your local town hall.

USI had to cancel service before the… I had to cancel service before the notary was sent out. I have not received my refund that I requested last week. I am still awaiting that refund request for no services rendered. Please send refund immediately. It was requested for me to send an email request and that was done last Wednesday the 27th, 2023.

USHad I not called from signing location… Had I not called from signing location 10 minutes before appointment I’d be in big trouble. They cancelled the appt less than 5 minutes before hand in 115 degree heat as I was outside waiting for the notary. To their credit, notary arrived 45 mins later. Notary fixed an issue providing an additional document. Will confirm sooner next time.

USOver promised and under delivered Set expectation of finding a notary to be at my location in 30 mins, charging twice what I saw from other services that were booked. After paying, the quoted timeframe changed to 45 minutes. 50 minutes later I get an update that it would take up to another hour for the person to reach me. The operator then asked for more money to account for rush hour even though I had already paid. A terrible experience during an already demanding day.
