GBLost data and atrocious customer service They lost months of data I had entered into their questionaire back in mid-September. Apparently this is a widespread problem. I have tried communicating with them over many weeks, and they give me the runaround every time. Better to use paper and pencil, better a spreadsheet, better anything but this incredible waste of money and time on a service that can't do the ONE thing it's supposed to do: save your data.

GBSimple questionnaire, great filing instructions The questionnaire is pretty simple to follow. It would be helpful to have a list of all data needed up front so that I could gather it all before I started. I had to go back and forth a lot while collecting information. But the questionnaire itself is well done. The filing instructions are also extremely helpful.

GBLogging in voids your right to a refund!! Signed up then logged in. According to 3 step divorce, once you have logged in your refund is void! About one third of the way through the questionnaire, I realized that my case would not qualify for the method to be used. This is unethical business practice and must be stopped.
