GBIt was super easy It was super easy. All the paperwork you need is already typed out, all you have to do is enter your and your spouces information, print the paperwork out, have signatures you need notarized notarized and file it with the court. I am happily divorced now. It took a minute but most of that was my own fault. Also, if your spouse is in another State, call the Sheriff's office where they live. Find out how much it will cost to have them served the divorce papers. Do it through the Sheriff. I was told sending the divorce papers certified and return receipt would be good enough. Well some judges don't see it that way. So don't try to save a penny, just get the money order or bank check and mail it all to the Sheriff where your soon to be ex lives. Saves a lot of time. I started this on July 8th, filled at the court July 11th and was divorced November 3rd. Best day this year...lol
