GBI paid $499 for the premium package I paid $499 for the premium package. I filled out questionnaire and realized that I was not tech savvy enough to know how to do this. I'm not good with Internet stuff. In ONE days time I sent them a email explaining the situation. Attempting to contact them was a nightmare. Phone rings answers hangups. Finally I received a email saying I did not qualify for ANY refund. I literally only filled out the questions. I'm so upset. $499 is Alot of money to me and now I am stuck. I feel very foolish. Don't use this service if your old and not literate in all aspects of tech. Melissa Rutherford

GBSimple questionnaire, great filing instructions The questionnaire is pretty simple to follow. It would be helpful to have a list of all data needed up front so that I could gather it all before I started. I had to go back and forth a lot while collecting information. But the questionnaire itself is well done. The filing instructions are also extremely helpful.

GBI wouldn't use them Everything. I received my pdf forms to download and once i did that all of the spelling of the words are wrong i had to edit it myself. When i reached out to divorce net they wouldn't respond for a week and a half. I asked for a refund, they informed me once i made a profile i wouldn't be able to get my $143.00 back. I then called them and they told me nothing was wrong. I finally ask to escalate the call and i spoke with a supervisor who asked me to send in the the bad copies that downloaded. They were sent in and i still have no response or results and still married and unable to file due to misspelled, misinterpreted and a ton of un professional court papers that i can't use.

MXPlease read this before you buy this service I let myself be swayed by the good reviews that appear on their site and purchased the Premium Plus service. Right after you purchase the service, everything seems great; they immediately send you an email asking for a rating. You rate them, and then the nightmare begins. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for them to respond to an email. I've called them three times asking general questions about my documentation, and each time they say they can't help me. I understand that they can't provide legal advice, and all my questions were about the documentation they themselves had sent me, which had some blank pages. I'll quote what is written in their software after making the purchase: ¨You also have the comfort of unlimited free product support by phone and email. Although we cannot provide legal advice or advice specific to your situation, we are here to help you with the program from start to finish¨ NONE of my questions have been answered. They have sent me emails to sign documents for myself and my spouse that we had already signed back in August, a total lack of professionalism. I've had to seek information from other experts about my case. At this point, I don't think I'll continue my divorce process with this company. They only ensure that their clients leave a good review and then leave them to their own. Please look for other solutions because in DivorceNet you CAN´T trust.

GBBest Decision You fill in the blanks and a day later you print all the documents and you do the rest.
