Right after you purchase the service, everything seems great; they immediately send you an email asking for a rating. You rate them, and then the nightmare begins. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for them to respond to an email. I've called them three times asking general questions about my documentation, and each time they say they can't help me. I understand that they can't provide legal advice, and all my questions were about the documentation they themselves had sent me, which had some blank pages. I'll quote what is written in their software after making the purchase: ¨You also have the comfort of unlimited free product support by phone and email. Although we cannot provide legal advice or advice specific to your situation, we are here to help you with the program from start to finish¨ NONE of my questions have been answered. They have sent me emails to sign documents for myself and my spouse that we had already signed back in August, a total lack of professionalism. Good helper today. But this was my 4 th attempt Today was a good experience. My call went almost directly to a representative. However I had called 3 other times this week. After a 5 minute wait time a machine asked for my call back number. Which is a nice service some companies offer. However I never did receive a return phone call. Today like magic however I got directly through.
