Good helper today. But this was my 4 th attempt Today was a good experience. My call went almost directly to a representative. However I had called 3 other times this week. After a 5 minute wait time a machine asked for my call back number. Which is a nice service some companies offer. However I never did receive a return phone call. Today like magic however I got directly through.
