GBLost data and atrocious customer service They lost months of data I had entered into their questionaire back in mid-September. Apparently this is a widespread problem. I have tried communicating with them over many weeks, and they give me the runaround every time. Better to use paper and pencil, better a spreadsheet, better anything but this incredible waste of money and time on a service that can't do the ONE thing it's supposed to do: save your data.

GBI wouldn't use them Everything. I received my pdf forms to download and once i did that all of the spelling of the words are wrong i had to edit it myself. When i reached out to divorce net they wouldn't respond for a week and a half. I asked for a refund, they informed me once i made a profile i wouldn't be able to get my $143.00 back. I then called them and they told me nothing was wrong. I finally ask to escalate the call and i spoke with a supervisor who asked me to send in the the bad copies that downloaded. They were sent in and i still have no response or results and still married and unable to file due to misspelled, misinterpreted and a ton of un professional court papers that i can't use.

GBIt was very easy to answer the… It was very easy to answer the questions. Of course, some of the questions I personally couldn't answer. But it was easy to use. I recommend Divorcenet to anyone who is going through this.
