The first email indicated it was "administrative serves" and not a law firm. I immediately (within 30 minutes) canceled my subscription and request for a letter, and asked for a refund of both charges, following their process for cancellation. I received another email indicating my cancellation request is "under review". There is nothing to "review". I simply canceled the service. I emailed their contact person with the same request and received a form letter response. I called the 800 number and was on hold until exactly 5pm, when the firm indicated it could not take my call at this time. This company is just a scam for unsuspecting people who need legal services.
