I have been working with Cape Law since… I have been working with Cape Law since November 2023, I find the process is very slow and I continually have to email them for updates and to move the case along to the next step. When I ask a question via email I get very short and limited answers. I am at the point where I need to decide weather or not to have Cape Law help me with to file in small claims and my instinct has me hesitating because of the cost and what exactly I will get if I win the case.

Consultation call worth the money I had a great experience in my consultation call. Marcy K was super helpful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and showed care for my situation and the outcome of my case. She helped me better understand my situation and provided advice and direction for an outline of actionable next steps. Well worth the cost for sure.

Incompetence level 1000! I used cape law service to send a demand letter in Florida. They take about 30 days to reply to an email, and takes them about 3 weeks to write a demand letter. The lawyers at this firm do not read your case at all and you have to brief them from scratch. You cannot rely on them to send the letter properly because suddenly your lawyer may disappear from the roster due to unknown reasons. So then your demand letter will take another month to be sent. They do not update you at all during the process, and they do not know how to use a phone to conduct an international call. I do not recommend this service at all they are inconsistent, unreliable, and will waste your time. They did send me a $ refund for my last consultation - however, I can’t really appreciate it much, because they cannot refund my time wasted.

Owner operator trucking company very happy I am an owner operator of a trucking business making my time almost as important as my money. I have used Cape twice and have had wins both times. Hassle free, easy payments until there is a settlement. You really can't go wrong using Cape Justice. I'll definitely be using them again if I have more legal issues .
