I have been working with Cape Law since… I have been working with Cape Law since November 2023, I find the process is very slow and I continually have to email them for updates and to move the case along to the next step. When I ask a question via email I get very short and limited answers. I am at the point where I need to decide weather or not to have Cape Law help me with to file in small claims and my instinct has me hesitating because of the cost and what exactly I will get if I win the case.

Anyone can file a lawsuit, anyone can fill out forms, they just happen to not be good at their job. You're not going to get a qualified lawyer for $49 a month.
