On the call, the lawyer was knowledgeable, had pre-read all the material I sent them and was able to guide me through some possible next steps and what they would need from me. I had claim denied against a major international insurance agency for a sum that could have been brought to small claims court. Cape drew up a demand letter with my case, had it certified delivered, and within two weeks of delivery, the insurance agency had changed their stance and approved my claim. Only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five - the online system is supposed to keep track of each step of the case, but didn't seem to be updated after I had my initial call. I had to get updates by e-mailing the lawyer on my case, but they were good about responding in a timely manner.
