The first email indicated it was "administrative serves" and not a law firm. I immediately (within 30 minutes) canceled my subscription and request for a letter, and asked for a refund of both charges, following their process for cancellation. I received another email indicating my cancellation request is "under review". There is nothing to "review". I simply canceled the service. I emailed their contact person with the same request and received a form letter response. I called the 800 number and was on hold until exactly 5pm, when the firm indicated it could not take my call at this time. This company is just a scam for unsuspecting people who need legal services.

When I ask a question via email I get very short and limited answers. I am at the point where I need to decide weather or not to have Cape Law help me with to file in small claims and my instinct has me hesitating because of the cost and what exactly I will get if I win the case.
