Could have a lot better directions with… Could have a lot better directions with the forms that come in the mail. A lot more clearer speaking English people in customer service would be excellent also. What good is calling to get help when you don't know what they're saying??? This is a lot of money for what you get and in the end you get to figure out how to file it in court on your own

Highly Recommend It is very easy to use this service and they are very supportive. There is quick turn around with questions and paperwork. It made the whole process much easier.

Disaster Disaster. Terrible customer service. Would never pick up the phone and took forever to call back. Didn't file all the papers, and when it came to child support payment apparently they didn't add our final edits and filed an incorrect FL 350. Can you imagine the conflict this has caused with my ex? f'ing disaster, disaster, disaster. I'm going to reach out to demand a refund, but the odds of me getting a reply are almost zero.

I didn't really receive any assistance… I didn't really receive any assistance and when I tried to reach out to someone I couldn't get in contact with anyone. My case manager never really got back to be after the first phone call and I ended up spending a lot of money for them to basically email me forms that I could have printed myself. On top of the large sum I paid up front the do reoccurring monthly charges. So you'll end up paying like you hired an attorney depending on the process length. My divorce still isn't not finalized, and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Lack of communication from step 4 to 5… Lack of communication from step 4 to 5 and it magically was “sent out” the day I reached out to check on the status… I also paid extra to have mine “expedited” but it still took the 5-7 business days to receive anyway so that was pointless I guess that’s what you get for going cheaper than a lawyer
