The process made easy. After reading about filing for divorce and quickly becoming overwhelmed; I was relieved to find a website that has very easy to follow instructions. The questions are written in such a way that I could clearly understand. I was so relieved that the my answers were plugged into the proper forms for me because I had no idea which ones to use. I really appreciate the assistance with filing the forms with the county court house and also with serving the divorce papers to my spouse. Two things that I wasn't looking forward to doing myself. The quick response to my questions gave me more confidence in the support staff and a sense of reassurance that I was not on my own. Thank you for all your help so far. Process is a bit painful Questions in the questionnaire don’t match the ones on the actual form. The editing process is painful because you can’t just go into the form and make changes, you need to send a message with edits and then wait for them to reopen the online questions that still don’t match. And even though I paid for the expedited processing, the edits after the first review take days.
