GBThe process made easy. After reading about filing for divorce and quickly becoming overwhelmed; I was relieved to find a website that has very easy to follow instructions. The questions are written in such a way that I could clearly understand. I was so relieved that the my answers were plugged into the proper forms for me because I had no idea which ones to use. I really appreciate the assistance with filing the forms with the county court house and also with serving the divorce papers to my spouse. Two things that I wasn't looking forward to doing myself. The quick response to my questions gave me more confidence in the support staff and a sense of reassurance that I was not on my own. Thank you for all your help so far. I feel ready for the next steps now.

GBProcess is a bit painful Questions in the questionnaire don’t match the ones on the actual form. The editing process is painful because you can’t just go into the form and make changes, you need to send a message with edits and then wait for them to reopen the online questions that still don’t match. And even though I paid for the expedited processing, the edits after the first review take days.

GBDon't Suggest Using Divorce.com Divorce.com was OK in terms of platform to fill out required paperwork, and if you purchase the premium service, it gets your paperwork to the court. But there was a significant delay in getting the paperwork to the other party after the company received it back from the court, and for no reason other than whoever was processing my case simply forgot about it. That led to significant problems moving forward, problems I'm still dealing with months later. Their execution of their basic job was subpar, at best. My divorce proceedings are now taking MONTHS longer because of their delay.

GBI didn't really receive any assistance… I didn't really receive any assistance and when I tried to reach out to someone I couldn't get in contact with anyone. My case manager never really got back to be after the first phone call and I ended up spending a lot of money for them to basically email me forms that I could have printed myself. On top of the large sum I paid up front the do reoccurring monthly charges. So you'll end up paying like you hired an attorney depending on the process length. My divorce still isn't not finalized, and I still haven't heard from anyone.

GBCould have a lot better directions with… Could have a lot better directions with the forms that come in the mail. A lot more clearer speaking English people in customer service would be excellent also. What good is calling to get help when you don't know what they're saying??? This is a lot of money for what you get and in the end you get to figure out how to file it in court on your own
