But there was a significant delay in getting the paperwork to the other party after the company received it back from the court, and for no reason other than whoever was processing my case simply forgot about it. That led to significant problems moving forward, problems I'm still dealing with months later. Their execution of their basic job was subpar, at best. My divorce proceedings are now taking MONTHS longer because of their delay.

A lot more clearer speaking English people in customer service would be excellent also. What good is calling to get help when you don't know what they're saying???
