GBDisaster Disaster. Terrible customer service. Would never pick up the phone and took forever to call back. Didn't file all the papers, and when it came to child support payment apparently they didn't add our final edits and filed an incorrect FL 350. Can you imagine the conflict this has caused with my ex? f'ing disaster, disaster, disaster. I'm going to reach out to demand a refund, but the odds of me getting a reply are almost zero.

GBEasy and quick process The whole process was extremely easy, the system was user-friendly, and the updates were clear. Where you were within the whole process, what comes next, what may still be needed, it was all very clear and easy to understand.

GBI tried another service and the… I tried another service and the interface was very clunky. Yours was much better. What it lacked was the ability to add custom info. That was frustrating. I had to edit the PDF docs myself. I expected a much better interface for 600 dollars.

GBUncontested divorce Mind you, I'm still in the process of filing, so this is technically a partial experience review. That said, so far the process has been unstressful. It's been a relief actually. They're detailed and available should you have questions or don't understand something. In my case, it's a clean divorce, both parties going there own way with what they came in with. But I imagine if it were more complex, Divorce.com would still be equipped to handle it.

GBProcess is a bit painful Questions in the questionnaire don’t match the ones on the actual form. The editing process is painful because you can’t just go into the form and make changes, you need to send a message with edits and then wait for them to reopen the online questions that still don’t match. And even though I paid for the expedited processing, the edits after the first review take days.
