GBUncontested divorce Mind you, I'm still in the process of filing, so this is technically a partial experience review. That said, so far the process has been unstressful. It's been a relief actually. They're detailed and available should you have questions or don't understand something. In my case, it's a clean divorce, both parties going there own way with what they came in with. But I imagine if it were more complex, Divorce.com would still be equipped to handle it.

GBLack of communication from step 4 to 5… Lack of communication from step 4 to 5 and it magically was “sent out” the day I reached out to check on the status… I also paid extra to have mine “expedited” but it still took the 5-7 business days to receive anyway so that was pointless I guess that’s what you get for going cheaper than a lawyer

GBProcess is a bit painful Questions in the questionnaire don’t match the ones on the actual form. The editing process is painful because you can’t just go into the form and make changes, you need to send a message with edits and then wait for them to reopen the online questions that still don’t match. And even though I paid for the expedited processing, the edits after the first review take days.

GBHighly Recommend It is very easy to use this service and they are very supportive. There is quick turn around with questions and paperwork. It made the whole process much easier.

GBLove the save feature The questions were very easy to read and answer. The drop down explanation bubbles really helped me to understand the information that was being requested. I loved the feature of being able to return to previous pages in order to check my answers. I was really thankful that the website saved my progress as I was unable to get back to it for a couple months. That save feature allowed me to gather information for the questions that took more research to find the answer amongst my own Paperwork.
