Love the save feature The questions were very easy to read and answer. The drop down explanation bubbles really helped me to understand the information that was being requested. I loved the feature of being able to return to previous pages in order to check my answers. I was really thankful that the website saved my progress as I was unable to get back to it for a couple months. Disaster Disaster. Terrible customer service. Would never pick up the phone and took forever to call back. Didn't file all the papers, and when it came to child support payment apparently they didn't add our final edits and filed an incorrect FL 350. Can you imagine the conflict this has caused with my ex? f'ing disaster, disaster, disaster. I'm going to reach out to demand a refund, but the odds of me getting a reply are almost zero.
