Love the save feature The questions were very easy to read and answer. The drop down explanation bubbles really helped me to understand the information that was being requested. I loved the feature of being able to return to previous pages in order to check my answers. I was really thankful that the website saved my progress as I was unable to get back to it for a couple months. That save feature allowed me to gather information for the questions that took more research to find the answer amongst my own Paperwork.

Didn't file all the papers, and when it came to child support payment apparently they didn't add our final edits and filed an incorrect FL 350. Can you imagine the conflict this has caused with my ex? f'ing disaster, disaster, disaster. I'm going to reach out to demand a refund, but the odds of me getting a reply are almost zero.

Happy to be done There were a lot of duplicate entries instead of having answers carry over from one field to the next, particularly in the case of real estate assets. The need to enter the same data multiple times was inconvenient. Also, despite going through all of the fields and answering the questions, the system still made me go back through everything in a non-sensical way in order to get to the submission process. Other than that, the overall experience was good.
