GBCould have a lot better directions with… Could have a lot better directions with the forms that come in the mail. A lot more clearer speaking English people in customer service would be excellent also. What good is calling to get help when you don't know what they're saying??? This is a lot of money for what you get and in the end you get to figure out how to file it in court on your own

GBLack of communication from step 4 to 5… Lack of communication from step 4 to 5 and it magically was “sent out” the day I reached out to check on the status… I also paid extra to have mine “expedited” but it still took the 5-7 business days to receive anyway so that was pointless I guess that’s what you get for going cheaper than a lawyer

GBDisaster Disaster. Terrible customer service. Would never pick up the phone and took forever to call back. Didn't file all the papers, and when it came to child support payment apparently they didn't add our final edits and filed an incorrect FL 350. Can you imagine the conflict this has caused with my ex? f'ing disaster, disaster, disaster. I'm going to reach out to demand a refund, but the odds of me getting a reply are almost zero.

GBUncontested divorce Mind you, I'm still in the process of filing, so this is technically a partial experience review. That said, so far the process has been unstressful. It's been a relief actually. They're detailed and available should you have questions or don't understand something. In my case, it's a clean divorce, both parties going there own way with what they came in with. But I imagine if it were more complex, Divorce.com would still be equipped to handle it.
