Trust me i don't want to be in this situation either. If i knew how to do this i would have done it all myself... i Definitely wanted further assistance in this process to be reviewed by an experienced person. What I did not understand they took the time to ensure that I understood each step. They were extremely Professional, what I did not understand they provided the understanding, knowledge and wisdom to pursue my divorce. Very efficient.

Love the save feature The questions were very easy to read and answer. The drop down explanation bubbles really helped me to understand the information that was being requested. I loved the feature of being able to return to previous pages in order to check my answers. I was really thankful that the website saved my progress as I was unable to get back to it for a couple months. That save feature allowed me to gather information for the questions that took more research to find the answer amongst my own Paperwork.

The process made easy. After reading about filing for divorce and quickly becoming overwhelmed; I was relieved to find a website that has very easy to follow instructions. The questions are written in such a way that I could clearly understand. I was so relieved that the my answers were plugged into the proper forms for me because I had no idea which ones to use. I really appreciate the assistance with filing the forms with the county court house and also with serving the divorce papers to my spouse. Two things that I wasn't looking forward to doing myself. The quick response to my questions gave me more confidence in the support staff and a sense of reassurance that I was not on my own. Thank you for all your help so far.
