terrible customer service terrible customer service! I paid $1500 up front over a year ago. they followed that up with an aggressive scare tactic to get another $3300 from me in April with 0 results. They were supposed to get a payment plan set up and it wasn't done and the only way I found out about it was contacting the IRS personally. Spoke with the owner about a refund for my $3300 and he said he has to get with consul. How can the owner not make a decision about doing the right thing and refunding my money???

They basically made my $17,000 tax debt go away, and I can honestly say that they gave me the relief that I didn’t think was possible.
