Can't say enough! There are few things that frighten me in life, but the IRS and NC Department of Revenue terrify me. Both can be harsh and threatening regardless of your circumstances. From the very first phone call Dean… From the very first phone call Dean Michaels and his entire staff make you feel at ease, several years ago I had a much larger tax issue and choose to use a different company to work with the IRS.
