With Tax Help MD letter it was not menacing. Once I spoke to Russel not only was he totally honest with me, he was re-assuring and he got the ball rolling. All I had to do is tell him yes or no. I sleep better at night. I had multiple years of state and federal taxes that had not been filed. To complicate things I was recently divorced. Dean and his staff worked overtime to resolve my issues. All I provided was the documents and answered a few questions.
