From the very first phone call Dean… From the very first phone call Dean Michaels and his entire staff make you feel at ease, several years ago I had a much larger tax issue and choose to use a different company to work with the IRS. I paid these people a ridiculous amount of money to basically set up a payment plan that I really couldn’t afford. I only wish I had heard Dean on the radio at night sooner. The fact that he can relate to what your going through makes a huge difference, after the first couple conversations that helpless feeling is gone, you begin to feel like this isn’t the end of the world!! I sleep better at night. I had multiple years of state and federal taxes that had not been filed. To complicate things I was recently divorced. Dean and his staff worked overtime to resolve my issues. All I provided was the documents and answered a few questions. I received no further action from state or federal till I got an email explaining the resolution. I have had a problem pop up since and again it was quickly resolved. Thanks
