From the very first phone call Dean… From the very first phone call Dean Michaels and his entire staff make you feel at ease, several years ago I had a much larger tax issue and choose to use a different company to work with the IRS. I paid these people a ridiculous amount of money to basically set up a payment plan that I really couldn’t afford. I only wish I had heard Dean on the radio at night sooner. The fact that he can relate to what your going through makes a huge difference, after the first couple conversations that helpless feeling is gone, you begin to feel like this isn’t the end of the world!! Can't say enough! There are few things that frighten me in life, but the IRS and NC Department of Revenue terrify me. Both can be harsh and threatening regardless of your circumstances. Jason has helped me weather this storm. Even now, NCDoR will send me a demand even though Jason arranged a payment plan for me a couple of years ago. All I have to do is call Jason, and he usually has everything resolved within 24 hours. I would never refuse to pay my taxes, and now I can pay what I owe without intimidation.
