I sleep better at night. I had multiple years of state and federal taxes that had not been filed. To complicate things I was recently divorced. Dean and his staff worked overtime to resolve my issues. All I provided was the documents and answered a few questions. I received no further action from state or federal till I got an email explaining the resolution. I have had a problem pop up since and again it was quickly resolved. Thanks

From the very first phone call Dean… From the very first phone call Dean Michaels and his entire staff make you feel at ease, several years ago I had a much larger tax issue and choose to use a different company to work with the IRS. Let me begin with my irresponsibility… Let me begin with my irresponsibility (hot mess) receiving numerous letters of actions on property liens and other possibilties. With Tax Help MD letter it was not menacing. Once I spoke to Russel not only was he totally honest with me, he was re-assuring and he got the ball rolling. All I had to do is tell him yes or no.
