From the very first phone call Dean… From the very first phone call Dean Michaels and his entire staff make you feel at ease, several years ago I had a much larger tax issue and choose to use a different company to work with the IRS. I paid these people a ridiculous amount of money to basically set up a payment plan that I really couldn’t afford. I only wish I had heard Dean on the radio at night sooner. The fact that he can relate to what your going through makes a huge difference, after the first couple conversations that helpless feeling is gone, you begin to feel like this isn’t the end of the world!! Anyway, after hearing about the possibilities of getting the Government under control and relieving the stress that was Mounting. Let me begin with my irresponsibility… Let me begin with my irresponsibility (hot mess) receiving numerous letters of actions on property liens and other possibilties. With Tax Help MD letter it was not menacing. Once I spoke to Russel not only was he totally honest with me, he was re-assuring and he got the ball rolling. All I had to do is tell him yes or no.
