Let me begin with my irresponsibility… Let me begin with my irresponsibility (hot mess) receiving numerous letters of actions on property liens and other possibilties. With Tax Help MD letter it was not menacing. Once I spoke to Russel not only was he totally honest with me, he was re-assuring and he got the ball rolling. All I had to do is tell him yes or no.
