Great, friendly service My wife and I dealt with several different people at Tax Help MD. All of these people were helpful and very respectful of our situation. From the very first phone call Dean… From the very first phone call Dean Michaels and his entire staff make you feel at ease, several years ago I had a much larger tax issue and choose to use a different company to work with the IRS. I paid these people a ridiculous amount of money to basically set up a payment plan that I really couldn’t afford. I only wish I had heard Dean on the radio at night sooner. The fact that he can relate to what your going through makes a huge difference, after the first couple conversations that helpless feeling is gone, you begin to feel like this isn’t the end of the world!! Helpful and Reliable I have worked with companies in the past that claimed to provide help with back taxes. They took my money, but did not provide the services they promised. I sleep better at night. I had multiple years of state and federal taxes that had not been filed. To complicate things I was recently divorced. Dean and his staff worked overtime to resolve my issues. All I provided was the documents and answered a few questions.
