Can't say enough! There are few things that frighten me in life, but the IRS and NC Department of Revenue terrify me. Both can be harsh and threatening regardless of your circumstances. Jason has helped me weather this storm. Even now, NCDoR will send me a demand even though Jason arranged a payment plan for me a couple of years ago. All I have to do is call Jason, and he usually has everything resolved within 24 hours. I would never refuse to pay my taxes, and now I can pay what I owe without intimidation.

Let me begin with my irresponsibility… Let me begin with my irresponsibility (hot mess) receiving numerous letters of actions on property liens and other possibilties. With Tax Help MD letter it was not menacing. Once I spoke to Russel not only was he totally honest with me, he was re-assuring and he got the ball rolling. All I had to do is tell him yes or no. I sleep better at night. I had multiple years of state and federal taxes that had not been filed. To complicate things I was recently divorced. Dean and his staff worked overtime to resolve my issues. All I provided was the documents and answered a few questions. I received no further action from state or federal till I got an email explaining the resolution. I have had a problem pop up since and again it was quickly resolved. Thanks
