I was very skeptical going in after … I was very skeptical going in after processing all the pre-paperwork prior to my visit. But the staff and especially Ms Farley were very friendly and helpful which made my visit much easier. I really didn't want to file bankruptcy, but my current conditions (I am losing my job) left me no other choice. Ms Farley went over all the paperwork in detail and ensured I understood all the ramifications for this process. She answered all my questions and even though I still feel bad about filing, the process is there for people who have no other choices. Great customer service!

Jessica Mayo @ John T Orcutt Law Office With life throwing a curve ball I found myself in a very difficult position financially and no where to go. When I went to the law offices I had many apprehensions and some were not dealt with until I met with Jessica Mayo. No matter how many emails, phone calls, pieces of paper to check behind she was always very caring and extremely helpful, I also never felt that I was being judged for the situation I was in. Jessica made sure I understood what I was signing and the steps that would take place and always ended with the reassurance I could contact her if I had any questions or concerns!
