GBUtility Patent Bay Area IP did a utility patent and it was recently allowed. They are keen on technologies and able to tell you the value of your inventions. They know every trick in the book and very familiar with the process. The fee is reasonable. Before the work begins, they send the instructions by email, which contains valuable information. Now I am looking to build a patent portfolio by filing a continuation-in-part. They advise me to keep the patent application chain alive to draw interest from investors for future venture business or patent licensing business.

GBWe have successfully been issued two … We have successfully been issued two patents by utilizing the excellent services offered by Bay Area IP. I have always been extremely satisfied with this firm..They go to great extremes to make sure all details are correct and that you understand the process along the way. On top of excellent service their rates are some of the best that I have found. You can't go wrong with this company.

GBI went to Bay Area after several… I went to Bay Area after several searches in my area. I decided after a very unsatisfying experience with a widely advertised firm I came across Bay Area. The well advertised firm did a pathetic patent search and I thought I would give these guys. Try based on several reviews that were good. I am a first time inventor and they accommodated my inexperience and what amounted to be several design changes. After a couple of rounds of prosecution I was recently notified that I have been granted a design patent. I highly recommend Bay Area IP. If I ever have another idea I won’t hesitate to call on them again. Don Johnson

GBI could not be happier with Bay Area IP … I could not be happier with Bay Area IP and the work they've done for me getting my patent allowed. My provisional patent was filed 3 years ago but realized it was going to be very costly to use a patent attorney. I searched the web and came across Bay Area IP and learned a great deal from all the information they provided on their website. As is standard practice by the Patent Office, my first application was denied and then Bay Area wrote a response to this denial and 1 month later the Patent Office allowed my patent and I could not be happier. Great Job! The money saved was substantial so I highly recommend Bay Area IP
