GBTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER They missed nearly every deadline, were rude, hung up on me, and then threatened not to complete the work I'd paid for unless I removed a negative Yelp review. They were not willing to have a simple conversation to make things right. I will not work with them again nor ever recommend them to a friend. Look at their response. They don't take any responsibility for missing deadlines or treating me badly, they just attack attack attack. She talks about how I did something wrong in ordering one of their packages, but they didn't have to take my money. They knew about our previous conversations, but they took my money and then did a TERRIBLE JOB. They never once sincerely apologized for being almost two weeks late with a part of my job. With them it's just deflect attack deflect, then stonewall you when you try to talk through the problem with someone other than the secretary. If they had let me have one sincere conversation with someone other than terrible Abby or Hang-Up Happy Mai, I would have been much more understanding about their failures.

GBQuality Work at a Great Price I started a patent application with Bay Area IP in 2013 and recently received the notice of allowability from the USPTO. It only took 1 office action response by Bay Area IP to get everything worked out. I credit Bay Area IP for helping us get through this process. They did our PCT application too and I expect to do a lot of future business with them. Ariel has done great work for us, and Abby and the staff have been extremely helpful in getting through this entire process. They charge extremely reasonable fees and do quality work, and they will meet your deadlines. I’m glad I found them!

AUInternationals requiring US Patent Internationals requiring US Patent, stop here and Bay Area IP will do the rest. Very professional, very courteous and communicate all processes. Make no mistake, the USPTO is a pit full of dangers for the inexperienced. Just let Bay Area IP do the work for you at extremely competitive rates and get the right result, a Patent like I did.

GBBayAreaIP has been a wonderful patent… BayAreaIP has been a wonderful patent and IP services Law firm to work with. We have been approved in both the USPTO and the PCT department for a software utility patent. Their high value services got us to where we needed to go.

GBThe Patent process is not easy The Patent process is not easy, but Bay Area IP stepped me through the process. I know I could NOT have done this on my own. They also made me think outside the box to cover all aspects of my Design & Utility Patent. The Design has been issued and awaiting on Utility. Not to mention the Legal Paper work required... not something you want to take on without their team experts :)
