The Patent process is not easy The Patent process is not easy, but Bay Area IP stepped me through the process. I know I could NOT have done this on my own. They also made me think outside the box to cover all aspects of my Design & Utility Patent. The Design has been issued and awaiting on Utility. Not to mention the Legal Paper work required... not something you want to take on without their team experts :)

Quality Work at a Great Price I started a patent application with Bay Area IP in 2013 and recently received the notice of allowability from the USPTO. It only took 1 office action response by Bay Area IP to get everything worked out.
