Great experience, company, and product. We recently purchased a Bully Bed through Pet Pro Supply Co. for our Great Danes. After spending money on all types of dog beds we found that they just were not supportive enough for our big breed dogs, with very little support for their bony parts. After a bit of pleading my case on the expense of all that didn’t work, and that it was more than the cost of the Bully Bed, my husband agreed to ordering one to see if we’d like it. It arrived a day earlier than expected, and we were quite impressed with its density, and overall appearance. The dogs LOVE it, and it provides amazing support for their size. Very pleased with every aspect of this purchase, start to finish.

EZDry III Dryer purchase I purchased a new dryer for my grooming shop and the entire process went flawlessly. Upon ordering I was able to customize the color as well as set up a payment schedule that suited me to break it up into 4 smaller payments. My GSD Sasori loves it and now has the room he needs 🥰 it also arrived early and the communication with the business threw their customer support was amazing! Product received was not the product pictured I bought a replacement motor for a dog groomer dryer. The motor received was not the one pictured on the website. Incorrect color, physical size and had an external capacitor added. They refused to take it back. Their only explanation is that the original motor is no longer made so they sent one that is of similar specification. Their website still shows the incorrect motor.

This company doesn't even deserve one… This company doesn't even deserve one start. I ordered an expensive item and a month later it still has not been shipped. I emailed and only received a reply that they will get back to me and haven't. I called and was on hold for an hour and then an automated message said there was no one available in customer service to speak with me. I have yet to hear back regarding my request for a refund. Horrible customer service.
