30 to 90 days is a lie We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply

Great experience, company, and product. We recently purchased a Bully Bed through Pet Pro Supply Co. for our Great Danes. After spending money on all types of dog beds we found that they just were not supportive enough for our big breed dogs, with very little support for their bony parts. After a bit of pleading my case on the expense of all that didn’t work, and that it was more than the cost of the Bully Bed, my husband agreed to ordering one to see if we’d like it. It arrived a day earlier than expected, and we were quite impressed with its density, and overall appearance. The dogs LOVE it, and it provides amazing support for their size. Very pleased with every aspect of this purchase, start to finish.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. Great Experience with Crate Order Reading some other recent negative reviews on here, I was anxious about placing an order with Pet Pro Supply for a crate. Everywhere else online, the crate I needed was sold out or backordered. But it was available with Pet Pro Supply. The company quickly responded by email in under a day to my questions and concerns, and shipped the crate within a day or two of my order. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition and is exactly what I needed.
