Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. I will shop at Pet Pro Supply again, and I'm already telling my friends about them.

This company doesn't even deserve one… This company doesn't even deserve one start. I ordered an expensive item and a month later it still has not been shipped. I emailed and only received a reply that they will get back to me and haven't. I called and was on hold for an hour and then an automated message said there was no one available in customer service to speak with me. I have yet to hear back regarding my request for a refund. Horrible customer service.

I purchased a Ruffland kennel from Pet… I purchased a Ruffland kennel from Pet Pro Supply Co. and it fits perfect in the back of my '88 bronco with no problems! My GSD Sasori loves it and now has the room he needs 🥰 it also arrived early and the communication with the business threw their customer support was amazing! I would definitely purchase from here again ❤💯

Supplied me with a part which was… Supplied me with a part which was damaged when it comes to us parts missing in the passage to do only refund it if I send it back but I had to pay for the post package Not very helpful don’t use they are only the middle person and don’t care

I have called and emailed several times… I have called and emailed several times to get questions about a product answered. One month after e-mailing still not answered. My calls from a week ago not returned. Trying to e-mail one more time today and hopefully someone can help. Why can't you just put people on hold for a customer service agent like a normal experience? Very strange.
