Great harness! I recently purchased a Blue-9 Balance Harness Buckle Neck at the recommendation of my puppy trainer. She was right! This harness is comfortable and secure enough that I know my puppy will not be able to squirm out of it. The people at ProPet had a great selection of products at competitive prices. I have called and emailed several times… I have called and emailed several times to get questions about a product answered. One month after e-mailing still not answered. My calls from a week ago not returned. Trying to e-mail one more time today and hopefully someone can help. Why can't you just put people on hold for a customer service agent like a normal experience? Very strange.

Great Experience with Crate Order Reading some other recent negative reviews on here, I was anxious about placing an order with Pet Pro Supply for a crate. Everywhere else online, the crate I needed was sold out or backordered. But it was available with Pet Pro Supply. The company quickly responded by email in under a day to my questions and concerns, and shipped the crate within a day or two of my order. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition and is exactly what I needed.
