Product received was not the product pictured I bought a replacement motor for a dog groomer dryer. The motor received was not the one pictured on the website. Incorrect color, physical size and had an external capacitor added. They refused to take it back. Their only explanation is that the original motor is no longer made so they sent one that is of similar specification. Their website still shows the incorrect motor.

Edemco Kennel Dryer I ordered and received the Edemco kennel dryer. Ordered in March 2021 and received in August 2021. Although there was quite a delay and some inconsistencies with communication nearing delivery date, the item showed up and was in good condition. No reflection on Pet Pro Supply but Edemco has really dropped the quality of their products. I have the exact same model dryer from 12 years ago that we ordered new and the 12 year old dryer is a much nicer, better and well built dryer than this new one. They are really cutting corners. That said, it should not reflect on PPS and their service.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. I ordered a grooming table for my dog… I ordered a grooming table for my dog grooming shop almost a month ago on June 10th and it still hasn't been delivered, though they charged my credit card when I ordered. Even with the COVID-19 crisis that's excessive. I don't think I would order from them again.

Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. I will shop at Pet Pro Supply again, and I'm already telling my friends about them.
