DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. Amazing Customer Service, Great prices and products I purchase 4 intermediate and 2 XL (double door) crates. These are amazing. I feel less worried about my dogs traveling in these crates. Super easy to clean. Pet Pro Customer service was excellent. These were backordered by the MFG and customer service kept me up to date on when they would ship. I would definitely buy again!

Edemco Kennel Dryer I ordered and received the Edemco kennel dryer. Ordered in March 2021 and received in August 2021. Although there was quite a delay and some inconsistencies with communication nearing delivery date, the item showed up and was in good condition. No reflection on Pet Pro Supply but Edemco has really dropped the quality of their products. I have the exact same model dryer from 12 years ago that we ordered new and the 12 year old dryer is a much nicer, better and well built dryer than this new one. They are really cutting corners. That said, it should not reflect on PPS and their service.

I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6… I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6 weeks ago. I was told it would be 3-4weeks before shipping and that Rhino has already started to fabricate the kennel. This was 5 weeks ago. My order # 103212557. To date, I can not get a CS Rep on phone and I get a generic email "that they are checking with manufacturer ". This cost me $3600 and I NEEDED for medical purposes! Still no kennel or real response from Pet Pro Supply.

30 to 90 days is a lie We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply
