Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. I will shop at Pet Pro Supply again, and I'm already telling my friends about them.

I am experiencing the same issues as… I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.

Great harness! I recently purchased a Blue-9 Balance Harness Buckle Neck at the recommendation of my puppy trainer. She was right! This harness is comfortable and secure enough that I know my puppy will not be able to squirm out of it. The people at ProPet had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Shipping was efficient. I will definitely order from ProPet again.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. Placed an order on September 13 Placed an order on September 13, order went around the world. Received 1 box of 2 on October 25. Still awaiting second box. Canceled the order, now company wants me to pay to ship back and 25% restocking fee. I will never order from them again.
