GBI am experiencing the same issues as… I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.

GBAmazing Customer Service, Great prices and products I purchase 4 intermediate and 2 XL (double door) crates. These are amazing. I feel less worried about my dogs traveling in these crates. Super easy to clean. Pet Pro Customer service was excellent. These were backordered by the MFG and customer service kept me up to date on when they would ship. I would definitely buy again!

GBDO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. GBGreat experience, company, and product. We recently purchased a Bully Bed through Pet Pro Supply Co. for our Great Danes. After spending money on all types of dog beds we found that they just were not supportive enough for our big breed dogs, with very little support for their bony parts. After a bit of pleading my case on the expense of all that didn’t work, and that it was more than the cost of the Bully Bed, my husband agreed to ordering one to see if we’d like it. It arrived a day earlier than expected, and we were quite impressed with its density, and overall appearance. The dogs LOVE it, and it provides amazing support for their size. Very pleased with every aspect of this purchase, start to finish.

GBI have called and emailed several times… I have called and emailed several times to get questions about a product answered. One month after e-mailing still not answered. My calls from a week ago not returned. Trying to e-mail one more time today and hopefully someone can help. Why can't you just put people on hold for a customer service agent like a normal experience? Very strange.
