Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. My calls from a week ago not returned. Trying to e-mail one more time today and hopefully someone can help. Why can't you just put people on hold for a customer service agent like a normal experience? Very strange.
