Placed an order on September 13 Placed an order on September 13, order went around the world. Received 1 box of 2 on October 25. Still awaiting second box. Canceled the order, now company wants me to pay to ship back and 25% restocking fee. I will never order from them again.

Easy, secure, expandable. I purchased 2 5x5x4 square dog kennels by Aleko from Pet Pro. The order arrived quickly, well packaged for 2 large items so that they were not damaged in transit. Iam a 70+ woman, who barely weighs 100 lbs and have a bad shoulder, yet this was easy to assemble. I was able to figure it out from the directions provided and it seems to be a very secure place to contain a active dog. The kennels latch securely together, allowing several to be used together to enlarge to any size. It's easy enough to move. The company neglected to send enough connectors which theu sent out promptly when I called them.

This company doesn't even deserve one… This company doesn't even deserve one start. I ordered an expensive item and a month later it still has not been shipped. I emailed and only received a reply that they will get back to me and haven't. I called and was on hold for an hour and then an automated message said there was no one available in customer service to speak with me. I have yet to hear back regarding my request for a refund. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. Great harness! I recently purchased a Blue-9 Balance Harness Buckle Neck at the recommendation of my puppy trainer. She was right! This harness is comfortable and secure enough that I know my puppy will not be able to squirm out of it. The people at ProPet had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Shipping was efficient. I will definitely order from ProPet again.
