GBI ordered a grooming table for my dog… I ordered a grooming table for my dog grooming shop almost a month ago on June 10th and it still hasn't been delivered, though they charged my credit card when I ordered. Even with the COVID-19 crisis that's excessive. I don't think I would order from them again.

GBThis company doesn't even deserve one… This company doesn't even deserve one start. I ordered an expensive item and a month later it still has not been shipped. I emailed and only received a reply that they will get back to me and haven't. I called and was on hold for an hour and then an automated message said there was no one available in customer service to speak with me. I have yet to hear back regarding my request for a refund. Horrible customer service.

GBEZDry III Dryer purchase I purchased a new dryer for my grooming shop and the entire process went flawlessly. Upon ordering I was able to customize the color as well as set up a payment schedule that suited me to break it up into 4 smaller payments. My dryer shipped EXTREMELY fast which was perfect because I desperately needed it!
