30 to 90 days is a lie We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply

Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. Edemco Kennel Dryer I ordered and received the Edemco kennel dryer. Ordered in March 2021 and received in August 2021. Although there was quite a delay and some inconsistencies with communication nearing delivery date, the item showed up and was in good condition. No reflection on Pet Pro Supply but Edemco has really dropped the quality of their products. I have the exact same model dryer from 12 years ago that we ordered new and the 12 year old dryer is a much nicer, better and well built dryer than this new one. They are really cutting corners. That said, it should not reflect on PPS and their service.
