GBI am experiencing the same issues as… I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.

GBEasy, secure, expandable. I purchased 2 5x5x4 square dog kennels by Aleko from Pet Pro. The order arrived quickly, well packaged for 2 large items so that they were not damaged in transit. Iam a 70+ woman, who barely weighs 100 lbs and have a bad shoulder, yet this was easy to assemble. I was able to figure it out from the directions provided and it seems to be a very secure place to contain a active dog. The kennels latch securely together, allowing several to be used together to enlarge to any size. It's easy enough to move. The company neglected to send enough connectors which theu sent out promptly when I called them.

GB30 to 90 days is a lie We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply

GBProduct received was not the product pictured I bought a replacement motor for a dog groomer dryer. The motor received was not the one pictured on the website. Incorrect color, physical size and had an external capacitor added. They refused to take it back. Their only explanation is that the original motor is no longer made so they sent one that is of similar specification. Their website still shows the incorrect motor.

GBI have called and emailed several times… I have called and emailed several times to get questions about a product answered. One month after e-mailing still not answered. My calls from a week ago not returned. Trying to e-mail one more time today and hopefully someone can help. Why can't you just put people on hold for a customer service agent like a normal experience? Very strange.
