Amazing Customer Service, Great prices and products I purchase 4 intermediate and 2 XL (double door) crates. These are amazing. I feel less worried about my dogs traveling in these crates. EZDry III Dryer purchase I purchased a new dryer for my grooming shop and the entire process went flawlessly. Upon ordering I was able to customize the color as well as set up a payment schedule that suited me to break it up into 4 smaller payments. My dryer shipped EXTREMELY fast which was perfect because I desperately needed it! I would 100% recommend Pet Pro Supply Co. and I'll definitely be purchasing any future equipment through them as well!

I am experiencing the same issues as… I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.
