I am experiencing the same issues as… I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.

I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6… I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6 weeks ago. I was told it would be 3-4weeks before shipping and that Rhino has already started to fabricate the kennel. This was 5 weeks ago. My order # 103212557. To date, I can not get a CS Rep on phone and I get a generic email "that they are checking with manufacturer ". This cost me $3600 and I NEEDED for medical purposes! Still no kennel or real response from Pet Pro Supply.

Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. I ordered a grooming table for my dog… I ordered a grooming table for my dog grooming shop almost a month ago on June 10th and it still hasn't been delivered, though they charged my credit card when I ordered. Even with the COVID-19 crisis that's excessive. I don't think I would order from them again.
