Great harness! I recently purchased a Blue-9 Balance Harness Buckle Neck at the recommendation of my puppy trainer. She was right! This harness is comfortable and secure enough that I know my puppy will not be able to squirm out of it. The people at ProPet had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Shipping was efficient. I will definitely order from ProPet again.

I ordered a grooming table for my dog… I ordered a grooming table for my dog grooming shop almost a month ago on June 10th and it still hasn't been delivered, though they charged my credit card when I ordered. Even with the COVID-19 crisis that's excessive. I don't think I would order from them again.

I am experiencing the same issues as… I am experiencing the same issues as the previous reviews. I ordered the pet pro grooming tub and they said it was in stock. That was July 9th. I am still waiting and it is now September 8th. They gave me the same run around about contacting the manufacturer and gave me a ship date. Still nothing and no response from emails to customer service no response from the messages left on the phone. They are awful.

EZDry III Dryer purchase I purchased a new dryer for my grooming shop and the entire process went flawlessly. Upon ordering I was able to customize the color as well as set up a payment schedule that suited me to break it up into 4 smaller payments. My dryer shipped EXTREMELY fast which was perfect because I desperately needed it!
