I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6… I paid for a double Rhino dog kennel 6 weeks ago. I was told it would be 3-4weeks before shipping and that Rhino has already started to fabricate the kennel. This was 5 weeks ago. My order # 103212557. To date, I can not get a CS Rep on phone and I get a generic email "that they are checking with manufacturer ". This cost me $3600 and I NEEDED for medical purposes! Still no kennel or real response from Pet Pro Supply.

Great harness! I recently purchased a Blue-9 Balance Harness Buckle Neck at the recommendation of my puppy trainer. She was right! This harness is comfortable and secure enough that I know my puppy will not be able to squirm out of it. The people at ProPet had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Product received was not the product pictured I bought a replacement motor for a dog groomer dryer. The motor received was not the one pictured on the website. Incorrect color, physical size and had an external capacitor added. They refused to take it back. Their only explanation is that the original motor is no longer made so they sent one that is of similar specification. Their website still shows the incorrect motor.

30 to 90 days is a lie We ordered a dog playground in March for our dog daycare. They said 30-90 days until delivery. I checked in to see how far away delivery time is. It took 3 emails and 2 weeks for them to tell me it wouldn't ship until October. They could have reached out when they knew it would be a six month delay. Go suck an egg pet pro supply

Great experience, company, and product. We recently purchased a Bully Bed through Pet Pro Supply Co. for our Great Danes. After spending money on all types of dog beds we found that they just were not supportive enough for our big breed dogs, with very little support for their bony parts. After a bit of pleading my case on the expense of all that didn’t work, and that it was more than the cost of the Bully Bed, my husband agreed to ordering one to see if we’d like it. It arrived a day earlier than expected, and we were quite impressed with its density, and overall appearance. The dogs LOVE it, and it provides amazing support for their size. Very pleased with every aspect of this purchase, start to finish.
