Amazing Customer Service, Great prices and products I purchase 4 intermediate and 2 XL (double door) crates. These are amazing. I feel less worried about my dogs traveling in these crates. Super easy to clean. Pet Pro Customer service was excellent. These were backordered by the MFG and customer service kept me up to date on when they would ship. I would definitely buy again!

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM I purchase an Edemco dryer on March 5, 2021. Pet Pro Supply said that the dryer will ship on 6/25/2021 due to Covid-19. I have emailed costumer service multiple times and they keep saying that the manufacture will ship my item soon. They are not giving me an specific date. Pet Pro Supply should make it clean that the item is not in stock before costumers purchase their items. I need a refund so I can get my item else where. Great Place to Get a KLIMB I recently ordered a KLIMB platform and accessories kit. I was delighted to receive free shipping, as the KLIMB is heavy! (KLIMB itself does not offer free shipping.) My items arrived within a reasonable amount of time (shipping times are unpredictable with pandemic restrictions) and in excellent condition. I will shop at Pet Pro Supply again, and I'm already telling my friends about them.

This company doesn't even deserve one… This company doesn't even deserve one start. I ordered an expensive item and a month later it still has not been shipped. I emailed and only received a reply that they will get back to me and haven't. I called and was on hold for an hour and then an automated message said there was no one available in customer service to speak with me. I have yet to hear back regarding my request for a refund. Horrible customer service.

Great Experience with Crate Order Reading some other recent negative reviews on here, I was anxious about placing an order with Pet Pro Supply for a crate. Everywhere else online, the crate I needed was sold out or backordered. But it was available with Pet Pro Supply. The company quickly responded by email in under a day to my questions and concerns, and shipped the crate within a day or two of my order. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition and is exactly what I needed.
