GBCustomer service was OK Customer service was OK. My emials were slow to be responded to. This company does not follow through with what they say. They told me I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days about some paperwork I submitted. No one sent me an email. After 10 days, I emailed to let them know I had not received an email concerning the paperwork. The company said, " This inquiry has been received. My assistant is following up and will be in touch tomorrow." I have no choice but wait. It is now 4:26 pm the next day and I still have not received an email from them. I understand that legal matters take time to remedy, but customer service should be prompt and trust worthy. When a company says they will do something on a certain day, they should do it. Or at least communicate why it is being done late.
