Getting a squatter out!!! After months of attempting to remove a squatter from my mother’s property in Alta, CA, I contacted Legal Documents Assistants (LDA PRO) to take over. Once I spoke to Ms Angela Jones about the extenuating circumstances of this case, I felt confident she could handle this matter. I had my own 30 day notice I used…you… I had my own 30 day notice I used…you guys did say we can’t assert the validity of a notice we didn’t prepare…but according to the lawyer it was really incomplete and missing a lot of language…I feel you guys do enough you could have told me to use a different one and I would have said yes…but you guys took my money knowing it wouldn’t work..I also paid you a second time to add people to the complaint and we never followed thru…I feel any business would have gave my money back…I will not be sending anyone your way…I may not know a lot of landlords but I know a few and I will send them to people that would look out for them…you guys made this horrible experience even worse

Landlord I’m a landlord I had an awesome attorney that charge an incredible price but he no longer practice law. Other attorneys either charge a arm and a leg or take forever to get things done. Angela the owner of LDA is very helpful and a charge a reasonable price. I will continue to give her my business when ever I need to evict a problem tenant or any other court documents and filing.
