I had my own 30 day notice I used…you… I had my own 30 day notice I used…you guys did say we can’t assert the validity of a notice we didn’t prepare…but according to the lawyer it was really incomplete and missing a lot of language…I feel you guys do enough you could have told me to use a different one and I would have said yes…but you guys took my money knowing it wouldn’t work..I also paid you a second time to add people to the complaint and we never followed thru…I feel any business would have gave my money back…I will not be sending anyone your way…I may not know a lot of landlords but I know a few and I will send them to people that would look out for them…you guys made this horrible experience even worse

Excellent Value Service Prompt responses, competent advice and solid attention to detail. I successfully completed an eviction in Stockton CA with LDA PRO. Every step was well explained while forward looking expectations were reasonably predicted. The process took about 4 months, so it was important to have solid communication all the way through. The remote service worked equally well and cost was as reasonable as can be expected. I plan to keep using LDA PROs should the need arise.
