GBI had my own 30 day notice I used…you… I had my own 30 day notice I used…you guys did say we can’t assert the validity of a notice we didn’t prepare…but according to the lawyer it was really incomplete and missing a lot of language…I feel you guys do enough you could have told me to use a different one and I would have said yes…but you guys took my money knowing it wouldn’t work..I also paid you a second time to add people to the complaint and we never followed thru…I feel any business would have gave my money back…I will not be sending anyone your way…I may not know a lot of landlords but I know a few and I will send them to people that would look out for them…you guys made this horrible experience even worse

GBCustomer service was OK Customer service was OK. My emials were slow to be responded to. This company does not follow through with what they say. They told me I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days about some paperwork I submitted. No one sent me an email. After 10 days, I emailed to let them know I had not received an email concerning the paperwork. The company said, " This inquiry has been received. My assistant is following up and will be in touch tomorrow." I have no choice but wait. It is now 4:26 pm the next day and I still have not received an email from them. I understand that legal matters take time to remedy, but customer service should be prompt and trust worthy. When a company says they will do something on a certain day, they should do it. Or at least communicate why it is being done late.
