They tried hard to guide me! I needed document in state I do not reside in. I had general guidance from a county office in that state, but not specify enough to a lay person. Deedclaim was understanding and tried to guide me. The explanation on the site eventually became clear after reading the legal jumbo jumbo. I think I finally might have correct form. Will not find out until it is filed. I appreciate the guidance, thank you.

I paid for my deed and received the… I paid for my deed and received the receipt at 1:11 pm . It is now 1:56 and I have not seen a deed YET. I have checked by spam and it is not there. I have emailed deedclaim.com and have not received a response. It is infuriating that I have paid and have NOT received what I paid for as of YET and that the only way to contact them is via email to which they have not responded.

At least the refund was prompt... The only reason I'm willing to go above one star is that the refund was prompt. That said, the response I received from the customer service rep afterward made me feel like I had been sent to the principal's office in elementary school. In looking at other reviews afterward, it was very clear that their standard practice is to blame the customer for any issue - often challenging their intelligence in the reply they post. (I'm guessing the same will be true here since that was certainly what I received in the response from the CSR.)

It wasn't as easy as it was made out to … It wasn't as easy as it was made out to be. The language needs to be dumbed down. I was trying to transfer my deed to include my husband. It didn't work out that way. I don't know if I can redo it once it was finalized and wrong! :(

Don't use this site First these legal forms are so outdated. I was described as an unmarried person not a single person. I wanted to correct some things and could not get back in to make changes. Waste of $30.00.
