I spent a lot of time on doing a quick … I spent a lot of time on doing a quick claim form and paid $29.00 only to get to bank to get it motorized and they would not accept it. I had to pay another $19.00 from Duval county to get the correct form because yours was not correct and did me no good. I would like to have a refund.

I was not able to see the quitclaim … I was not able to see the quitclaim deed until I had paid $29.95 and it contains an error.

I paid for my deed and received the… I paid for my deed and received the receipt at 1:11 pm . It is now 1:56 and I have not seen a deed YET. I have checked by spam and it is not there. I have emailed deedclaim.com and have not received a response. It is infuriating that I have paid and have NOT received what I paid for as of YET and that the only way to contact them is via email to which they have not responded.

MY OPINION... The interview process of DeedClaim was great and that's why I chose this particular product. The interviewer asked if i were utilizing the document to remove a name from a deed. I selected yes! Interviewer never inquired as to what name to remove and such was not represented on final document. I moved forward with document under an assumption 'all is well'. Fortunately, the DeedClaim was viable and sale transaction now appears to be moving forward. Due to confusion resulting from my expectations as it relates to 'what name to remove' is why I chose to refrain from rating this product with five stars.
