I had to pay another $19.00 from Duval county to get the correct form because yours was not correct and did me no good. I would like to have a refund.

The completed form I printed out from your company is not a one (1) page document that is the standard. Why can't it be produced by your company in that format I just paid almost $30 for a document that I probably won't be able to use to transfer my property to another owner. Other than having the information needed printed out. Very disappointed. I live in Indiana and want to quitclaim deed a property in Florida. I never thought it would be so difficult.

Disappointed While can be a helpful tool - I couldn't use mine and had to go to a different site. The header section could not be edited. I really should be refunded. There was no notice up front on whether there would be a charge, nor how much the charge is. Also, the promo code I had was not accepted. So overall, not recommended.
