At one point with what seemed impossible with my back at the wall they negotiated an OIC that literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars the IRS wanted from me.

Paid Tax Defense Partners a lot of … Paid Tax Defense Partners a lot of money to help with my tax debt. After two of no movement or help, I gave up. I would call my representative every 6 weeks. I would get same answer. "I am waiting for irs to call me back. They may help some but not here.

Heartfelt I did not get the outcome I wanted but I knew that they took my case to heart and did their best.

A waste of money. They never offered me the option of a resubmittal of past taxes. They never offered to count in my deductions being the fact that I was a subcontractor. Essentially they took my money and said this is what you owe. I do not recommend their services. I would recommend procuring the services of a decent accountant and going from there. You live and you learn and sometimes you lose money.

Taking too long I've been a client on the same case for over three years. I've had over 10 case workers involved with my case and I have been asked 5 times for the same tax return. I comply in a timely manner each time and I'm still at square one. After a brief time with my TSP case worker, they have either left the company, out in maternity leave, on vacation or some other excuse... what's it take to resolve a tax issue?
