I paid 1400 for a trademark for… I paid 1400 for a trademark for Metropolitan HVAC LLC last year, and this company completely scammed me out of my money. They do not respond, and the call centers and addresses listed are all fake addresses. My bank has even reached out and will reverse the charge after they won a dispute. I don't know how they won. They never produced on the contract nothing was filed no work performed take your money and run.

Incredibly deceptive. Incredibly deceptive. Make sure you understand the total cost upfront. This company advertises a price for acquiring a trademark, then proceeds to demand more fees that were not originally disclosed. Their representative will even go as far as to say that if the Trademark application is abandoned, you can no longer use your company name, and pressure you about final notices (They helped me apply in November of 2023, and in April of 2024 made it seem that I had to pay them immediately (you have six months).
